I was reading Race Tech or Racecar Engineering and saw an add for these titanium brake pad shims. Supposedly they have a significantly lower thermal conductivity than the standard ones. They make them for various calipers (among the Z32 front caliper). They include dimensions for each application for verification. Anyway thought I'd share: TiSpeed
